Emory University is located in Atlanta, U.S.A., which is a very lovely city. People there are all friendly, and the weather is nice as well. As for Emory Campus, it is known for the beautiful scenery and good ecology. The campus is away from the downtown of Atlanta, but the shuttle bus service is quite convenient for students to go to class or go to the nearby supermarkets. What’s more, there are a lot of dining hall in the campus, with various types and good taste. Since every apartment was equipped with a kitchen, I often cook by myself, adding more fun to my exchange life. In short, life there was easy to adapt to.

For my exchange daily life, Emory, even Atlanta, offered a lot of interesting and meaningful activities. I attended a lot of extracurricular events held by Emory, such as Dooley Weeks and Business Kegs, and during weekends, if the study burden was not so heavy, I would choose some famous places in Atlanta to visit with my friends. As Emory Campus is far away from the downtown of Atlanta where most amusing attractions are there, I needed to go outside by Uber, and arranged everything in advance. I have visited The World of Coca-Cola, CNN center and Olympic Park with several international friends. The three places are all near with each other, so it is convenient to visit them at one time.

In addition to nonacademic aspect, it is of great significance to study in Emory University, especially for my professional field. Besides the course design, the teaching contents impressed me a lot for its strongly targeted and practical feature. Professors were always ready to help when you had any problems, and beyond textbook knowledge, they also provided a lot of thought-provoking business news and set different actual case analysis tasks to students.
Thanks to this wonderful exchange experience, I can have the opportunity to see outside world, to know new people, to embrace another culture, and more importantly, to improve myself for various aspects.
